Great Falls International Airport Authority completed a new 78,000 square foot cargo sort facility for the Federal Express hub servicing Montana and Canada in June of 2000.
The state-of-the-art tilt-up concrete facility boasts 665,000 square feet, a glycol containment facility, a truck wash bay and a 65,000 square foot warehouse sort area.
Great Falls Airport serviced 229,000,000 pounds of freight in 2000.
